I’m finding it hard to get my calories in since I reduced it by 100ish. I’m not sure if it’s the stress that’s making me not hungry or what. This cut is weird 🥲

Hope everyone’s having a great weekend! Just wanted to post a go to snack of mine… Greek yogurt and my Diesel banana whey protein. It tastes exactly like pudding and it’s LOADED with protein. It’s a staple of my diet, especially snacks.

I do something similar when I travel for work. Much better than the breakfast offerings at hotels. Mix in some legion vanilla whey with whatever yogurt and toss some berries on top.

That sounds good – I like to mix things with my yogurt then freeze it for a bit – then it’s like frozen yogurt 🙂
