Thanks!!!! I am back and ready to go into this calorie deficit challenge now that I won’t be getting 50K steps and needing 5x the amount of food to fuel and recover.

Just 1 week of counting my macros again and I feel less bloated, less inflammation and down 3 pounds. I’m sure it’s water weight but headed in the right direction. Lets go!!!!!!!!!

Bad migraine day 4! 😩 Chiropractor appt, doctor appointment, grocery store, cardio, cleaned, picked up vitamins, took a bath and now closing my eyes early to hopefully get rid of this migraine. I hope everyone crushed this day! Don’t let the weekend be your WEAK END!

I hope you feel better in the morning! I would love to know what you’re eating. My goal macros look fairly similar, but I’m higher on carbs consistently!

I’m eating raspberries, blueberries, chicken, Greek yogurt, veggies, protein sticks from 1st phorm, egg whites, Kodiak pankcakes, turkey bacon, red potatoes. I make up a big salad at the beginning of the week and have that at night for dinner with a protein.
