Happy Monday!!! I’m so sad I will miss the call tomorrow with Sam, but y’all will love him. I’ve taken his course and he’s so amazing! Work has been so crazy and my patient load has doubled. Tuesdays are my Mondays and my busiest days at work. I’ll definitely be watching the replay. Have an amazing week everyone.

Long weekend getting my butt kicked putting in underground sprinklers. Yesterday I barely ate and didn’t track anything. Today was better! I’m beat and ready to sleep for 10 hours. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

I don’t know how I got perfect protein and perfect fat, but I did. I do know I need to work on my fiber because I can really tell I’m not getting enough. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Great job, Mandy! I hardly ever hit a macro perfectly (rather within the ranges…). Maybe try adding a high fiber wrap (there are lots of varieties out there now), or All Bran Buds to yogurt or oats. I love both and they really help me with my fiber intake. Have a fabulous weekend!
