Well y’all I failed day 15. I didn’t get my reading in. I got so busy and then fell asleep on the couch last night. Life has been crazy and I was exhausted. The great thing is that I’m not gonna just throw in the towel and give up. I started again today and gonna crush this day! Happy day 16!!!! Let’s goooooo!

You are so amazing!! The same thing happened to me with the meditation last night. I try to do it before bed to help my brain relax and I fell asleep before I even did it!!

The good thing is that you can just keep going. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint. It’s about creating habits and not just for 30 days but well beyond.
