Hi All! Back from France and after an amazing 8 day trip I weighed in the same as when I left. It was harder to find protein than I thought it would be, but I am happy with the results of my weight in spite of the challenges. The past 3 days I have hit my numbers and have appreciated the accountability to the group even though this is the first post! I have eaten pretty much the same thing each day, but today I did have popcorn at the movie theater. I love that it can be planned and part of my daily macros instead of feeling guilty about it. It was a fun treat!
