7 months, 4 weeks agoHaven’t posted since Tuesday since I didn’t get any points those days! Low on everything on Wednesday. Went out of town thurs-sat which lead to eating out a lot. I still prioritized protein and based meals around grilled meat/eggs and veggies. I still went over on calories and was under on protein. I allowed myself 2 fun meals where I didn’t care about calories. All I’m craving though is some homemade food and the gym. I have a love hate relationship with going out of town and vacations. I love routine and eating the food I cook but I also love new cool experiences

See I tried really hard to not do that! I allowed myself 2 “more fun” meals, and a fun snack here and there. My calories weren’t over by a ton, by doing it pretty much put me at maintenance! It’s all about the mindset plus I hate the way I feel when I eat like an asshole!

I have such a hard time when I go out of town. I just want to enjoy my time and not worry about tracking anything but if I don’t sort of track I totally fall off the wagon and eat like an asshole the whole time I’m gone. 🤦🏼♀️
