8 months, 2 weeks agoThis was yesterday. Again didn’t get any points bc I was over on everything, I think from being severely under on everything the day prior! Can honestly say I didn’t eat junk and ate whole nutritious foods! That’s how I knew I was starving bc I ate so well and was reaching for higher quality food!!

I’ve noticed the same thing adding more nutrient dense foods! I want them more!
Maybe you need to up your calories if you’re way too hungry? You could be burning more than you think. It is important to listen to your body too if you have a few more active days than normal 🥰
