Busy day but got all my steps and 45 min outdoor activity!

Busy day at work! Got my steps in, was too busy to eat my snack so low on protein. Didn’t want to overstuff metaled by eating a big snack after dinner when I got home (it was already 8:30pm)

Really felt like I got back on track today, made gym, walking, healthy eating my priority even though there were some major road blocks! Precooked my food for the week too!

Did I get all my steps in? Yes.
Did I eat like an asshole? Also yes.Tomorrow is a new day, back to the normal habits.
I used to let one bad meal or day derail my whole week. I’m blessed at the work I’ve put in to get to that better head space of moving past it.
