    • How do you guys say no to snacks and food that doesn’t align with your goals. I really feel like there’s a pull unhealthy food when I at work, out to eat, etc. Does anyone have a specific thought process you go through to say no?

      • For me if I have healthy alternatives that I actually enjoy on hand, that helps a ton! Also making sure my meals are prepped and I am eating them on schedule. If I let myself go too long between meals and the cravings kick in, it’s game over for me.       • I agree with Sean, you have to take all your snacks and lunch to work with you, definitely some meal prepping. As far as the going out to eat 🤦‍♂️ I just don’t go right now.
