Traveling this week for work, the days are long and busy. I committed to myself working out while I was gone. Purposely found a hotel where a gym I can go to is across the parking lot leaving little excuses. Yesterday I didn’t workout. Today I told myself go for 15 minutes and if I’m not feeling it then I can leave. I got a full upper workout in and walked 20 minutes. It’s 8:30 and I just finished, but I feel immensely better. I never regret a workout! My step count is low but I didn’t eat like an asshole so I’m counting today as a win.
