Hit the gym tonight after work. I’m doing Brads workout. It’s amazing what it feels like when you train instead of just workout. Noticing what 1 or 2 RIR actually feels like and what failure actually feels like. I hit my protein goal and calorie goal today, had 100oz of water too, feeling like a successful day even if my steps were low.

I have a week and a half of a 6 week challenge i am doing, then jumping into Brads workout. Can’t wait. keep posting love to keep hearing about it.
