Had a lovely walk outside today, little one the windy side but still really nice. Spent some time outside beyond my walk as well and it was refreshing. For meditation I’ve been using either a guided meditation or meditation music. Typically in my room with earbuds in. Today I sat in my swing under a tree. Nothing but the sounds of nature, wind rustling the leaves and birds chirping. That was so difficult. I think because it’s so much easier to quiet the mind when listening to a guided meditation or music. I think I’m going to continue to meditate outside. Get me more out of my comfort zone.
