What’s a good alternative to a machine leg curl? The gym I go to doesn’t have a machine leg curl. Thanks!

You could do a dumbbell hamstring curl (Google the form for sure) or, we could do any form of an RDL If the program doesn’t already have that in it. We are just looking to target the hamstrings.
