Well no walk again today. Too many tornado warnings and lighting. I’m all for pushing myself out of my comfort zone but ya I’m not doing that 😂. Drank all the water and had a cold shower though. It was the first cold shower where I was already quite cold before so it was really terrible. But I did it. Choose your hard! Being unhealthy is hard, not having enough to eat is hard. Taking a cold shower and then turning it to hot isn’t actually hard.
