This new challenge couldn’t have come at a better time. I have a ton of travel for work and busy things in my personal life coming up, so this is a good way to keep me on track and doing the things that make me feel good. I was traveling for work this week for a few days, feels good to be home today. I love the group I traveled with this week, they all do healthy things. We all went for a walk together, caught up and acted stupid, so that was fun. I’m currently reading Thinner Leaner Stronger, it’s a great book. I read alot, I tend to listed to the self help books when I walk and then read my smutty books, IYKYK 🙂 However I like what Brad said he did with the self help was read some and then also listen to it, so I’m going to try that as well. I tend to not do so great with water when I travel, but this time I did pretty good. I didn’t drink as much as normal, but I did good.
