      I’ve been completely disconnected lately with everything that fills my cup up and feeling like I’m in survival mode. Last week hit the gym 2 days, hadn’t gone in the 2 weeks prior to that. Went to the gym tonight and listened to Brad and Craig’s pod cast from last week. Really hit home. I’ve been feeling like I’m in survival mode because I’m not doing the things to fill my cup up. So when life gets hard or busy don’t stop doing the things that are important to you. 🙂

        • Thanks for asking. Still struggling with some things. I’m working really hard on doing things that are important to me and things I know make me feel good. Had a great workout today, ate good. Don’t get my step count in but that’s ok. I’ve hit it the last 5 days and exceeded it my a couple thousand each day.

          • That’s awesome!! If you can win most areas of most days that is going to show long term, in how you feel mostly. Great job getting after it today.
