Tonight called for an easy dinner. Caulipower chicken. I also made cottage cheese mixed with a little BBQ sauce as a dip.

Another Monday another hotel. It’s late but I got a workout in. Felt good after traveling, sitting during a training session and eating out. Worked on some hip mobility too. I was feeling tight after sitting so much.

Traveling this week for work, the days are long and busy. I committed to myself working out while I was gone. I did the push workout after work today. I left the gym not knowing if I was going to be able to use my arms to drive lol. Uffda went heavy and pushed hard… pun intended 🙂
