I’m working really hard to be consistent with my workouts and tracking my food. But also not beating myself up when I don’t get it all done. Had a great leg workout today, felt strong. But also those Bulgarian split squats, love to hate them cuz they work.

Thanks for asking. Still struggling with some things. I’m working really hard on doing things that are important to me and things I know make me feel good. Had a great workout today, ate good. Don’t get my step count in but that’s ok. I’ve hit it the last 5 days and exceeded it my a couple thousand each day.

That’s awesome!! If you can win most areas of most days that is going to show long term, in how you feel mostly. Great job getting after it today.

Tonight called for an easy dinner. Caulipower chicken. I also made cottage cheese mixed with a little BBQ sauce as a dip.

Ugh wow! Are these from traders? We live in Canada but will sometime go to buffalo just to get stuff. They have great stuff for quick easy dinner 🙏🙏

Another Monday another hotel. It’s late but I got a workout in. Felt good after traveling, sitting during a training session and eating out. Worked on some hip mobility too. I was feeling tight after sitting so much.

Traveling this week for work, the days are long and busy. I committed to myself working out while I was gone.
