Gorgeous day here in WI! Spent a lot of time outside and that cold shower tonight felt so good. I’m getting better and better with the cold shower each time, honestly something I never thought I would say.

My boss gave us this gift. We talked a lot today about gratitude and being humble today. Our CEO definitely leads by example.

Long day for my work retreat but so thankful for this time with my team and the fellowship. No walk today but a few of us are getting up early to go for a walk in the morning.

Headed to a management retreat for the next few days for work . Told my coworkers to pack their shoes so we can go for a walk. They’re all in! I hope everyone had a great day today.

Wasn’t sure I was going to get a walk in today. Long day of work, got a workout in at home. Then I ended up having time for a walk. I only had 80 oz of water when I got home from work at 6pm. So I chugged some water and I got my gallon in by 8:30. That better not back fire in the middle of the night lol.
