Well today was a crap shoot for getting things done. I was at our

Well no walk again today. Too many tornado warnings and lighting. I’m all for pushing myself out of my comfort zone but ya I’m not doing that 😂. Drank all the water and had a cold shower though. Long work day today, I didn’t have much time after work so I decided to skip the walk and head to the gym for a workout. I lifted lots of heavy things and set them back down 😆. Traveling tomorrow, hoping to have time for a workout after work.

Another gorgeous day here. I think my dog is ready for Monday, she needs her office naps. All this playing outside has her exhausted 😁. I have a couple days of travel this week but then I’m home for several weeks and I’m ready for it!
