A goal for this year is to up my daily step count. I pretty consistently get min of 8,000 a day. My goal is to get that min to 9000 a day. I don’t have to try too hard to get 8,000. Decided I should up my BAM to 9,000

I’m going to need a minute to find my life after leg day. Also the sun hit just right on the leg extension
machine to blind me a little. Or maybe it distracted me from the pain! Every time I do this leg day I think oh that’s not enough, only 5 exercises, I can do more than that. Then I get to the end and wonder how I’m going to climb in my truck!![]()
