Any plans for a mobility program or some sequences for stretching? I use peloton in the winter months pretty much just for all of the mobility, stretching and foam rolling classes.

That four day advanced split is no joke. One week in and feeling pretty sore but loving it!

Had a pretty busy day yesterday. Leadership training at 8:30 am and then flights from charlotte>Atlanta> St. Louis and then a 90 minute drive to Springfield Illinois.
