8 months, 2 weeks agoI decided to forego pizza night with my kids tonight. I know I have a hard time not eating A LOT of pizza. And I’m so happy with my decision. I decided today that I will eat pizza with them once a month, but my goals on this calorie deficit challenge are to figure out how to allow myself all the foods in an 80/20 ratio. So grateful to feel supported here in this community!

I have a hard time controlling myself with pizza as well. I did have two small slices the other day and waited-and found that I was satisfied. Normally, I would eat half a pizza and feel stuffed after.
The self control! Pizza is my weak spot too. It’s so good 😊
