Good job. Love me all the berries. I cleaned all mine and put them in glass containers for the week. Easy to grab and they stay fresh.

It was a looong day! Busy season had be working at my desk for HOURS today. I still got 9,900 steps and stayed on my nutrition target because I decided to choose discipline and sticking to my plan rather than stress eating. Plus a walk outside helped curb the craving, grounded me, and helped me fill my lungs with fresh air!

I struggle with this scenario as well… very long work days and feeling exhausted and stressed at the end of the day. I really like the walk outside to reset… great idea.

I decided to forego pizza night with my kids tonight. I know I have a hard time not eating A LOT of pizza. And I’m so happy with my decision. I have a hard time controlling myself with pizza as well. I did have two small slices the other day and waited-and found that I was satisfied. Normally, I would eat half a pizza and feel stuffed after.

Forgot to post yesterday. It took some real mental work to navigate when my kids are the last of some of my portioned meals, but I always try to keep a plan B! And with I plan I was able to meet my goals!
