I had a lot of grab and situations today, but kept within my goals. However, I think I am going to revise my calorie count to the lower end of my range because I’m up 3lbs since we started and that is puzzling to me. Listen I am a math 🤓! So pie day is a bigger celebration than some other holidays. My goal going into today was to stay within 100 calories of my deficit number, and I did that! The macros are laying where they are today and I’m okay with that! Tomorrow it’s back to it!
