We want to congratulate everyone who finished the 30 Strong Challenge! We will be looking over everyones performance and announcing the winners soon. Now, get ready to crush 30 Strong Part 2!
This time the daily requirements are:
– 30-Minute outdoor activity of choice
– 25 push-ups & 25 sit-ups
– Nutrition compliance (of choice, more details in challenge)
– 1 gallon water
– 3 gratitudes or 5 pages of readingWe will be posting the challenge later today for you all to join. We hope to see you all there!
