Today will be day 1 for me! I have a couple of questions… 1) If I journal my 3 gratitudes in the morning, do I really have to type them out all over again in the quiz? Or could I just put a few words or that it was done? 2) If I do a different outside activity such as bike or kayak for more than 30” does that count, or do I also have to walk? Tha…Read More

Hey Michelle! Yes, if you are journalling them, we can do the honors system. You can just write something like “journaled” in each. Also, we are requiring it to be a walk if you are capable. Let us know if you have any other questions!
