I will share my experience through the journey in the near future. I can def highlight some “things to avoid”! Therapist thought I was dangerously close to developing an unhealthy obsession! She was probably right!

It’s so hard for me to always make them because it’s right in the middle of my work day and if I’m with patients I can’t just leave. Hoping they will be in the evenings sometimes or on a Monday or Friday 😂😂 My days off 😂
