Day 9 Complete
It was a challenging day as the morning was a disaster. finished the majority of my tasks just now which included chugging 25oz of water to complete the gallon. Should be a fun evening of frequent washroom visits lol. Win for the day my son joined me for the walk as we walked outside around the mall then over to Walmart and back. Home for a Ninja Creami treat. Mediation and end of day have turned out good.
