From this morning walk, to this evening’s cold shower. It was a good day, but I had to do the cold shower this evening as this morning it totally slipped my mind.

Day 22 Complete
Rough Start to the morning but was able to get 50% done in the morning regardless of the adventure i had. Walk finished after the gym and before supper.
Turend out to be a good day!!
Sometimes rough starts are just a test to see if you can handle the day. Don’t sweat the small stuff.Good Night All
