Hey Jeff, what type of phone do you have and what browser are you using on your computer? We have tested on iPhone and Safari and Chrome and it seems to be working. Let us know when you can and we will try to get it back working for you!

I am here for support if you need. I need to do a refeed after the last 6 weeks lol. Little tip that i used was weigh everything and track evrything. makes it so much easier and drink lots and lots of water.

How much (grams) should one consume of Fiber in a Day? I shoot for around 30g a day. should it be less, more, right on target or depends on the person?

Hey Jeff, Brad recommends getting 15g per thousand calories at a minimum.
