Day 2 has started!!
Good Morning everyone
Walk is done and what a beautiful morning it was. cold shower done, gratitude done, and we are 58oz in for water.
the key is ro complete as much in the morning routine as you can and not leave yourself at the end of the night with too many tasks to complete.

I did everything in the morning before except the meditation. It always made me feel sleepy so I used it to help my sleep.
