Today was a bite size scotcharoo again. I have an amazing adult autistic son and he ‘s currently really into making this treat. I haven’t attempted macros yet. Seems so overwhelming. But I am back to tracking with this challenge so I’m determined to do it until the end of the month at a minimum. I am also finding knowing I’m getting the treat makes me OK with just having this treat.

I took the plunge and invested in the one on one coaching to help me with macros. It’s been so good so far!

Made Scotcharoos (aka peanut butter rice krispy treats) with one of my kids. Cut myself one tiny square to eat for my one treat.
