Very tired after today that I almost forgot to post. But here we go :p not much to say but have a good weekend everyone! Ours is pretty awesome seeing family and TFC tonight in Toronto. Got my protein at 132 and calories 1573 out 1510

We are out of town today and tomorrow but we always know what to get from the grocery store to make the day not go to waste! So I’m happy for that ☺️ got my protein and 1437 out of 1510 cals

Here we go!!! Had an emotionally challenging morning but the day got much better as a got my mind onto something better. Can only do so much! But kept my macros on track! 1482 out of 1510 and protein on track

I know that everyone says they have a hard time getting in protein, but I find it easy to get in my protein. I’ve been tracking off and on for a lot of years and know where to throw it in though. You seem like you never have trouble getting in your protein either. Way to stay on track and end the day strong.

Ya protein I’ve never had a problem with. Used to be difficult. I also don’t mind eating the same thing everyday lol so it’s usually the same just aslong as I don’t run out of staples 🤣. Honestly this was the first winter ever I didn’t gain weight. So I’m soooo happy with how far I’ve come. Takes a long time to learn
