What’s everyone go to whole food protein source for a snack? I usually have plain yogurt or chicken. But I need more variety in my life 😂

Another good day today. Got some extra activity in from playing tennis after the gym. So I’m pretty happy about that! Got my calories and protein today

Yesterday was such a nice day. We got home from our tiny staycation and ready to hit it hard this week 💜 hit my calories and protien. It was funny cause I had to trip my subscription for fitness pal and it clicked on that thing where it adds calories when you burn more calories. Did end up tracking much yesterday but I’m pretty sure I was hungry. It was a busy day. Today we went to the spa! It was amazing and relaxing. Pretty happy to get my macros in and my protein! Today’s weather was absolutely perfect and sunny. Hope everyone had a great weekend
