thanks for checking in. Yesterday I let myself refuel. Ate a lot more carbs and fiber. I felt much better today and adjusted to 1900 cal and 120 for my protein. I’ll see how this adjustment works out. I think the amount of meat i was eating was just hitting my gut too hard, so i’ll try to incorporate more beans, and pea protein and less meat products.

I love to make my own oat milk for my coffee to limit synthetic thickeners. For some reason I found out last time that it really helped me to lose weight by eliminating my creamer that has gums in it (silk) even tho I tracked it. So here we are!
