I have kinda fell off the wagon with my nutrition and fitness. I took a few months off of doing squats and deadlifts to allow my groin time to heal. I believe I’m all healed up and I have been working on getting my strength back up. I have a powerlifting competition in October that I’m hoping to do. I only have partial use of my right hand and lost ALOT of grip strength. I was deadlifting 407lbs but now at 315lbs my hand lets go. So darn frustrating. My grip is always my limiting factor in my deadlifts.
My squats are “ok” at the moment and I believe my bench is “ok” lol
I just gotta start over and keep after it.
