      Good morning everyone. I have taken a few weeks off from the gym to hopefully heal an injury that I have had going on with my groin for around 3 months, since before my last Powerlifting meet. I’m very hopeful that it’s better. I haven’t been able to squat in months or deadlift after the meet. I’m ready to get back to my normal routine. Anyone had any groin issues that can relate?

      • brad! So sorry to hear you’ve had to take some time off for injuries! I’m hoping you are able to get back to it! Injuries are the absolute worst! I haven’t had groin issues since college soccer – but I remember pulling it and it was awful!

      • Is it still acting up?

        • It’s feeling much better, but not all the way healed. I have started back into the gym and easing back into it. I’m making sure to stretch almost daily
