    • Update on my injury: Worked legs pretty good yesterday. I did not do squats( one of my favorite lifts) but I did do the leg Press squat machine. Got up to around 7 plates on each side. My groin injury is feeling good at the moment. Hopefully I’ll get to get back to my squats and powerlifting soon. I’ve got a meet at the end of June that I’m hoping to hit
