Less than 24 hours from weigh in and I’m down to 196lbs. Can’t weigh more than 198.3lbs. Hope it stays off

5 days out from my competition.
I’ve been waterloading since Sunday, weight is steadily coming down but I’ve got 8 lbs to go as of this morning. I did my opening weight on my bench yesterday and it felt great. Today I’ll do my opening weight for deadlift, then I’ll deload the rest of the week and start shredding water… I hope lol.2 Comments -

I have a National Powerlifting Championship on March 2
I’m currently at 208lbs.. gotta cut to 198lbs, while maintaining strength. Dropped 7lbs so far this week by dropping my macros and increasing steps. The struggle is real at this moment.5 Comments -
