Another view of my walk!
I’ve started creating a routine this time around of: after dinner going on my outdoor walk, then doing my sit ups/push ups, taking a cold shower (which I kept from round 1!!), and ending my night with a protein creami to round out my protein goal. And it just feels so nice having this routine! Hoping it can stick, at least while the sun is out so late.
