Day three and I finally got out for a walk! I haven’t been the best with getting out for a walk even though I’m hitting 10k+ steps a day so proud I got to it today.
Gonna have a creami to finish off protein and will hit all goals 🤗

I’m so excited there is a new challenge!! I will be participating!
Love all the challenges because it gives me ANOTHER level of accountability which I can always use & am all for. My current daily step goal is 12,000 so hopefully I’ll get all 31 days!

Since I didn’t have to go into the office today, I tried something new! I decided to start my day with going for a walk instead of going at the end of the day.
I forgot how much I love starting my day with some movement. And already over half way to my 10K step goal!

Hey yall! This past weekend was ROUGH on my body with severe fatigue but we got right back to it 100% today!
I’ve been rly enjoying ending my food with a ninja creami as a macro cap. I made a deal with myself tonight that in order to have it, I HAVE to do my push ups and sit ups as an incentive/reward. Pics of a few I’ve made recently.

I’ve started creating a routine this time around of: after dinner going on my outdoor walk, then doing my sit ups/push ups, taking a cold shower (which I kept from round 1!!), and ending my night with a protein creami to round out my protein goal.
