8 months, 1 week agoHey all! Made all my goals today and feel better prepared this week with meal prepping and planning. Lunch this week is high protein chicken salad, which is should be able to stomach for 3 or 4 days before never wanting to eat it again in my life. 🤣🤢

Good job Diane! 💪🏼 I got tired of chicken and went to turkey wraps this week. They are quick and easy to throw together and they have been so yummy.

Thank you, Mandy! Yes, I will probably switch to turkey next week for something different. I can’t stomach the same lunch day in and day out for very long. Weirds me out lol.

Unpopular opinion but I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of chicken. Then again, I’ve never had to eat it like bodybuilders do. 😅

It’s the meal prepping, eating the same prepped food for days in a row as it slowly rots 😩

I actually love meal prepping 3 different meals and I just rotate them for lunches and dinners. Although I don’t like eating the same things in a row (like lunch and dinner).
The UI got weird here and I didn’t want to delete and start over, but I was going to add that my learning from the weekend is that I am a dumpster fire. Gotta work on that if I want to see progress.
