    • I finished today’s goals. Also day 2 no wine. I definitely need to resume my walks now that my husband is home. I am literally a sedentary shut-in otherwise because I work remotely from home. It’s been a real double-edged sword these past 4 years. I also need to meal plan and stop eating random stuff to meat my protein goals 🤣

      • Day 2 no wine, good for you! With Ingrid we have a great “wine substitute” for night time. We take Grape Zevia and put frozen cherries and a touch of cherry juice in. Served in a wine glass, it satisfies the craving 🤣

    • Ok, my day wasn’t perfect (or easy) because I have a bug and am home alone for another day with my little kids, but I managed to get within 10g of my protein goal and 100 cal of that goal.
