Don’t be too hard on yourself. It takes time to find things that work for you. What I like to do is track as I go but always keep protein in the forefront of my mind. After a while it starts working out and you learn how much of each thing your body can take in. Just keep at it! Consistency is how you get there

On the weekends I track as I go and always make protein a priority. It’s definitely memories over macros, but once you get use to it, it works great.

I feel this! I’ve gotten better over the years, but still a far cry from where I want to be. I just have to remind myself what I want my food culture in my home to look like and what can I ADD to help that become a reality. Over time some of the things I wanted to take away have naturally fallen away and some I have to be intentional about.

Done for the day. Not much to say about the day really, just still learning this high protein way of eating. I’m looking forward to watching Brad’s call recording. PS my calories aren’t under – it’s the Lose It app trying to award me extras for walking. I was actually a little over.

Hey all! Made all my goals today and feel better prepared this week with meal prepping and planning. Lunch this week is high protein chicken salad, which is should be able to stomach for 3 or 4 days before never wanting to eat it again in my life. 🤣🤢

The UI got weird here and I didn’t want to delete and start over, but I was going to add that my learning from the weekend is that I am a dumpster fire. Gotta work on that if I want to see progress.

Good job Diane! 💪🏼 I got tired of chicken and went to turkey wraps this week. They are quick and easy to throw together and they have been so yummy.

Thank you, Mandy! Yes, I will probably switch to turkey next week for something different. I can’t stomach the same lunch day in and day out for very long. Weirds me out lol.

Unpopular opinion but I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of chicken. Then again, I’ve never had to eat it like bodybuilders do. 😅

It’s the meal prepping, eating the same prepped food for days in a row as it slowly rots 😩

I actually love meal prepping 3 different meals and I just rotate them for lunches and dinners. Although I don’t like eating the same things in a row (like lunch and dinner).
