Made one of my very favorite Lillie recipes tonight. Made a larger portion of it to share with my son’s family as well – increased by 50%. I added some canned artichoke hearts for some extra flavor and veggies. Also the cheeses are vegan. Soooooo delish so I wanted to share. This recipe has so much flavor (especially if you add the hot pepper flakes). It is really filling and has a comfort food quality which doesn’t seem possible with such healthy macros. I actually didn’t believe the macros the 1st time I made this so checked them! haha – sorry Lillie. How could I doubt you. Highly recommend Lillie’s Chicken Parm One Pan recipe (from her “One” cookbook – might be on her blog as well).
