6 months, 3 weeks agoGood day. Felt better and not quite as tired. My workout felt great. Winding down the week after tomorrow and then off to Mexico next week!! Woohoo! Food was good. I noticed eating a little something before the gym really helped my energy level a lot — good to know and practice that habit.
Calories – 60 under
Protein – 9 gm over-
You deserve that break! It’s gonna be a great reset for your body!
