6 months, 3 weeks agoHi! Doing some catch up posts. I have been tracking and hitting macros, but took a needed break from extra computer time and screens — it felt good! I went a bit too hard at the gym last week and my back was major hurting for a couple days so sleep quality also off a bit because of that. . Adding more core work to strengthen. Here is Sunday –
