Posted a few minutes ago, but it glitched I think. Hopefully this doesn’t post twice!
Had a great day. Felt the happiest I have felt in a very long time. No specific reason, just feeling happy, healthy, energetic, grateful, supported and blessed.
GREAT workout and then a long walk on the gym track with my music. LOVED IT. Tons of steps today. My macros were good and I feel fueled.
Calories – 60 under

Thank you! Love you too, my friend. My kiddo and his wife are moving to Seattle late May / early June. Soooo… I will be visiting a lot of course and expect you and I will need to meet up at some point.
