Great day today! Super workout. Started out tired but had lots of energy once I got into it. Good news for two of my kiddos too! Oldest is buying a house in Seattle and all seems to be progressing well. He was able to secure a “permanent remote” letter from his Los Angeles employer for the mortgage company – so huge worry gone. My youngest received a call and is expecting a formal offer letter on Wednesday from his 1st choice company in Colorado!! Woohoo for both of them. Prayers still forthcoming from this mama to see it all through successfully. These guys work so hard, add value, and are extremely deserving. Proud of all my kids.
My macros were great today. I was actually really hungry for dinner tonight, and planned well to hit my goals. I appreciated the large protein serving after the workout – felt good.
